Vintage Herbie pleated trench. Made in Hong Kong. Fully lined (but not heavy). Such a cute fit as it can be worn in an A line style or cinched when belted. Comes with two tie belts that can be layered. The sleeves are meant to be worn as 3/4 length but also works well for petites. Excellent condition.
